Book of Faith

How much love does it take to lay a loved one's body to rest? God laid Moses to rest. How much love is that?

Sometimes it is hard in the Old Testament to find a God who seems loving. God has punished Moses by preventing him from entering the promised land, but here is a very tender example of a loving God. I see this as like our parents sometimes need to be. They make us accountable for our actions and assign consequences, but they still love us in ways that sometimes seem hidden. Steve
