Sign up now for the June School for Lay Ministry session at Luther Seminary held June 29-July 2, 2009. Topics & instructors include: Ephesians taught by David Fredrickson; "Who Do You Say that I Am?": Jesus in History, Scripture and Modern Culture taught by Mary Hinkle Shore and Discipleship for the Sake of the World taught by Patricia Lull. Tuition is $100. Hope to see you all there! :)

The "short-course" at Luther Sem is just around the corner! March 23-24th session includes: "Seasonal Worship Planning" taught by Mons Teig (emphasis on Advent & Lenten planning) & "Recognizing God in Ordinary Life" taught by John Ackerman. Current SLM students, the short course can be used in lieu of a 4 day session. Students must complete 2 series at Luther Sem to receive their certificate of completion for the 2 year School of Lay Ministry.
