What is most challenging about engaging in Scripture?
1) Knowing the story of God, the world's story, and our personal story well enough to see how and where they merge into one story (or need to)
2) Disciplined openness to be centered in the Way of Jesus and let the Spirit creatively renew the Living Word in us for a new place and time
3) Engaging Scripture on many levels for the sake of varying needs, interests and abilities of the community
4) Trusting the Spirit to lead us beyond our narrow agendas to God's liberating and unifying purpose

Hey Darin, sorry it took so long to reply. I've been so busy getting used to the new call I forgot I had set this account up. I always wondered what happened to you / where you ended up. I'm glad you're enjoying campus ministry. My previous call in NJ was in a campus ministry partnering congregation, and that was loads of fun. But we're very happy to be back in CO now, and close to family.
