I'm writing with a response to your questions on the Help page. You should be able to change both your picture and any part of the information on your profile by look in the upper right hand corner. Where it says your name, under "Inbox", "Alerts", "Friends", etc is "Settings". Click on "Settings" and you should be able to change what you have entered on your profile.
