Hi! Welcome, I’m the book of faith advocate for our synod. Have you joined the Delaware-Maryland Synod group for "Book of Faith" discussions. Have you or anyone else in your congregation lead a Bible Study that would be interesting to share? What materials/resources were used? What methods were used? What worked well? What didn't work! What are some of your congregation's favorite topics for Bible Study? Hope to hear from you!

Emily, you are so good at these social networking things! More power to you. Great job...I, on the other hand, am lacking in internet social skills...alas. You have a great page.
What is the name of your congregation / organization?
St. Paul's Lutheran Church
What is your role in your congregation / organization?
Pastor
What is most challenging about engaging in Scripture?
It is challenging to help people see a need for engaging in Scripture outside of Sunday worship.
Share a Bible passage that is especially meaningful to you.
One of my favorite Bible verses is Matthew 6:21, "For where your treasure is, there your heart shall be also." To me this is a great first commandment reminder.
Book of Faith is an ongoing initiative of the ELCA that will grow and develop—including resource options for you and your congregation. Be the first to know about upcoming resources and sign up for Book of Faith resource eUpdates.
