Need a good Confirmation resource for Czech Lutherans
We are hosting a delegation from Silesian Evangelical Church of the Augsburg Confession in the Czech Republic. They are requesting any Confirmation resources for their students and pastors/teachers that are in the Czech language. Any ideas?

At long last I'm beginning to emerge from the tunnel without running into another train. My latest surgery for carpal tunnel on my right hand has gone well and I'm able to begin to get back to doing more with my computer once again.
We are going to start with Opening the BOF as that seems best suited to most of the people I expect to attend the class. I was not impressed with the first chapter, which is all I have read so far, as it seems to be written for theologians rather than for the people we are trying to get to read the Bible for the first time as an adult. I was also disappointed with the DVD that came with the kit.
Have you taught that course? How did you approach it?
Any advice would be appreciated.
I have been teaching an adult Sunday School class for over 30 years, but we usually pick a book that we like from the local Bible book store and discuss it. We have done several of books by Philip Yancy and Charles Swindol and like them. I am not sure what do do with this one.
Thanks,
Randi
I like you already, we have the same favorite Bible passage!
My Sunday School class has decided to participate in the BOF beginning in September and I have no idea where to begin or how to proceed. I am in the process of putting an invitation into the newsletter and the bulletin. We decided to start with Opening the Book of Faith. The class consists of adults who have been studying the Bible and related social issues for many years, but we want to open up the study to those who have not. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks,
