- The desire to engage head and heart simultaneously while engaging the Word. Sometimes too much education gets in the way of the hearts hearing. It is a balancing act in my life.

- Psalm 46:10 - Be still and know that I am God. In an age of sound and high tech means of communication I am always calmed by this verse and reminded to quiet and still the busyness in my life and in the stillness to hear and know God

I believe we had a Clinical Pastoral Education learning time together in the early 90s. It was fun to see your name/picture pop up on the Book of Faith membership!
