I see you have jumped in to the conversation about the Lenten devotional--which is what I would have suggested. From reading your response it sounds like you are in a fairly complex/transitioning congregational context. Hang in there. Do you think some of the other congregations that your congregations worships with would like to join in doing this with your congregation? Could you add to the momentum of those relationships rather than disrupting?
