"Hear the Living Word" by Jonathan Rundman
AF Colleagues, Resource Center Directors, Book of Faith Synod Advocates, Family & Friends:
Jonathan Rundman's original song, Second Language, has been one of our favorites since we first heard it on his PUBLIC LIBRARY CD. When the Book of Faith initiative challenged us to become more fluent in our first language of faith, the language of Scripture, echoes of Jonathan's beautiful composition kept surfacing. Jonathan has been generous and creative in adapting a second version of his original song in memory of our husband and father, James K. Nestingen. It is our hope that Hear the Living Word will strengthen the Book of Faith initiative and offer your ministries a new expression of what it can mean to open Scripture and join the conversation.
